There's nothing spookier for the holiday season than a good Halloween song. Here's some great classic performances. The Sam Sham one is mostly cartoon, but I figured the intro clip still made it worth throwing in.

Vintage Halloween Paper Dolls

Children, small and big, arguably even adults...can be destructive. Which is why, when you find yourself a vintage Halloween magazine or game book...you may want to reconsider cutting out the paper dolls inside for a one-time spooky game of house. Fear not, those beautiful images can be appreciated outside of their antique setting, thanks to modern technology...google...and your printer.

It's time once more for another article featuring some excellent pin-ups of classic actresses from what is gradually becoming 'days of yore'. It's astonishing how beautiful some of these photos are, and I'm glad to once more bring some of them to light for the Halloween season. For those questioning Mary Pickford's presence, I can honestly say I just think she was beautiful no matter what she wore, and even if it wasn't scanty...it was still a Halloween picture.
